Championing Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

15 June 2021

Positive About Inclusion are absolutely delighted to be co-sponsoring the ‘Championing Equality, Diversity and Inclusion’ Chartered Institute of Housing summit on 1st July with our wonderful clients at Curo.

The event will showcase previously unheard voices from across the housing sector, talking about their experiences and how organisations in the sector can embrace diversity and inclusion. The power of storytelling is immense. Listening, and then responding, to what you hear to is critical for the success of any organisation in championing equality, diversity and inclusion.

We’re excited about adding our own voice to this event, talking about how we have been working with Curo to put people at the heart of decision-making to ensure that we:

  • Effectively serve the diverse communities in which we work,
  • Co-create the cohesive communities we desire and
  • Create inclusive working environments in which all of our colleagues have a real sense of belonging.

Come along and listen to our story!

If you can’t make the event then please fill out our listening survey, details below, we are keen to hear about what the sector feels are the biggest challenges and critical success factors for effectively embedding EDI.

To complete the survey please open this link

The results and how we can help organisations on their inclusion journey, championing equality, diversity and inclusion, will be posted soon….
