Positive About Inclusion was delighted to work again with VIVID Homes to support the organisation to embed their approach to recognising and responding to the diverse needs of residents.
The regulatory landscape for social housing providers has changed, there is an augmented requirement for organisations to recognise vulnerabilities and diverse needs and to deliver equitable outcomes. With this renewed focus in mind, VIVID commissioned Positive About Inclusion to support them to embed an effective approach across the business.
Collaborating with the team at VIVID we:
-
Created the acronym VIVID CARES to portray the significance of getting this right for the organisation alongside the behaviours expected from colleagues when interacting with customers
-
Designed and delivered online training to all of the organisation’s people managers
-
Created a useful resource booklet to accompany the training, providing further guidance and reading in relation to the subject matter and supporting the people managers to subsequently roll out the learning to their respective teams
-
Designed and recorded a shorter video version of the training for the people managers to share with their colleagues
-
Provided guidance and advice to support a refresh of their relevant policies
-
Redesigned an e-learning package effectively covering the subject of recognising and responding to diverse needs
“Thank so much for an excellent first session. I’m excited now to share the recording with our internal teams as part of the wider roll out.“
Natalia Hadfield, Head of Customer Experience, VIVID Homes
