Following successful delivery of a bespoke Board workshop as well as a review of their EDI Strategy earlier this year, Positive About Inclusion were commissioned by Trent & Dove to design and deliver an EDI training framework for colleagues.
This was made up of the delivery of seven workshops (two full day in-person and an online ‘mop up’ to maximise attendance) targeted for a range of Trent & Dove colleagues, from front line customer facing Trades and Housing Management teams to senior leaders from all disciplines across the organisation.
