Absolutely brilliant session - really lucky to have you supporting us on this!

We were delighted to work again with colleagues from RE:GEN Group to support their commitment to embedding a culture of ‘Belonging @ RE:GEN’ throughout the business.

RE:GEN is a social housing regeneration specialist delivering construction projects across the North East, North West and the Midlands and is a trusted-partner to the social housing sector.

Previously we delivered a workshop for RE:GEN’s Leadership Team, exploring the concept of belonging and how to bring it to life through our everyday behaviours and actions. We were commissioned on this occasion to design and deliver similar in-person training workshop for RE:GEN’s leaders and managers and to also facilitate a Round Table discussion with RE:GEN’s People Group.

The morning workshop included hands on activities to establish a shared understanding of equity, equality, diversity and inclusion, how these combine to create a sense of belonging and the commercial, regulatory and societal drivers to getting this right.

The afternoon Round Table was supplemented by preparatory desk top research including key areas of the organisation’s approach to belonging such as reviewing the People Plan, exploring the recruitment journey, etc. Using a range of activities to stimulate discussion and reflection the People Group explored RE:GEN’s current position and the positive actions to embed ‘Belonging @ RE:GEN’ in a consistent and sustainable way.

“Absolutely brilliant session – really lucky to have you supporting us on this!”
