Positive About Inclusion was delighted to be commissioned to deliver all colleague ‘Inclusion Is All of Our Business’ equity, diversity and inclusion workshops for colleagues at Trent & Dove, a social landlord providing affordable homes across East Staffordshire, South Derbyshire and North West Leicestershire.
Our partnership with Trent & Dove began in August 2022 and since then we have delivered a number of bespoke projects for the team including:

In-person workshops for the Board and Executive Leadership Team, exploring good governance through an equity, diversity and inclusion lens

In-person training for Managers and Supervisors on Inclusive Leadership and ways to embed an inclusive workplace culture

Online and in-person all colleague ‘Inclusion is All of Our Business’ sessions in mixed groups (including front line and trades based teams) on ways to bring equity, diversity and inclusion to life for their residents
As well as designing and delivering training that aligns with the Trent & Dove culture and reflects their corporate architecture, we have worked with the team to deliver desktop consultancy projects such as a review of their EDI Strategy and Action Plan, and guidance notes for senior colleagues on techniques to embed EDI considerations within report writing and governance structures.
The latest training project delivered provided a lovely opportunity to re-engage with Trent & Dove colleagues in person, delivering two mop up sessions for colleagues new to the business. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive including:
