Our Directors have a long history of working in social housing and supporting residents and teams from social housing providers to design and deliver inclusive services for the communities they serve. The latest stage in our long-standing strategic partnership with Tpas England saw the design and delivery of a resident equity, diversity and inclusion workshop.
Tpas is a not-for-profit organisation that champions tenant involvement and effective engagement between landlords and tenants. They work across England to promote best practices in resident involvement, offering training, consultancy, and accreditation services to housing associations, councils, and tenant groups.
For this online tea time session, we were joined by an enthusiastic and brilliant bunch of social housing residents and colleagues, representing organisations from across the country, namely Blackpool Coastal Housing, East Devon District Council, Cross Keys Homes and Ashford Borough Council.
Our EDI for Involved Customers workshops provide a safe space for everyone to:

💯 Collaborate on ways to turn the learning into positive and meaningful action through engaging activities and discussion
“I found this workshop incredibly useful. It really broadened my perspective and this session offered some valuable insights. I am confident now I can apply what I learned to both my personal life and my role on the panel.”
