"Huge thanks to Karen and Lucy for a fantastic workshop. A really thought provoking and challenging session."

Following the successful delivery of all colleague training covering how colleagues can bring ED&I to life in their interactions on a daily basis, Positive About Inclusion was commissioned to design and deliver an ED&I workshop for the organisation’s Board.

Railway Housing Association owns 1,561 rented homes (including 2 shared ownership) in 20 local authority areas, mainly concentrated in the areas of Darlington, Doncaster, Durham, East Riding, Hull, Leeds, Newcastle and York.

The organisation commissioned Positive About Inclusion to design and deliver a 90 minute in person workshop for their Board.

“Huge thanks to Karen and Lucy for a fantastic workshop. A really thought provoking and challenging session asking what we can do more of both individually and collectively around equality, equity, diversity and inclusion.

In a world where the rhetoric for some is doing less, its important to double down on our commitment to do more.”

Matt Sugden, Chief Executive, Railway Housing Association
