The last week in September 2023 was National Inclusion Week and we were delighted to work with Quark to create a week of inclusion activity for their global colleagues.
On every day of the week we provided an introduction to key elements of inclusion and created a daily scenario-based quiz question which was shared with employees across the business.
The scenarios were designed to make employees think about the A, B, C & D of inclusion:

Allyship – being an active ally

Bias – overcoming our bias

Challenge – challenging others

Diversity – using inclusive language
All of this activity then culminated in an online event on Friday of National Inclusion Week when we delivered an interactive workshop on these four key elements and top tips for embracing the Inclusion Alphabet.
