We were delighted to be asked by local charity Pride Action North to support their trustee away day.

Pride Action North is a local charity with a mission to create a holistic and inclusive community where everyone can thrive. The organisation provides a range of support service for LGBTQIA+ people in the North of England.

The trustee away day provided an opportunity for the trustees and senior team to spend time together to review the organisation’s progress against its strategic objectives and to look to the future. We completed a range of activities to:

  • Consider the current position

  • Examine some of the key components of good governance

  • Explore the strategic priorities and their successful delivery

  • Review actions required and agree next steps
