Positive About Inclusion was commissioned by Cornwall based housing provider, Ocean Housing to deliver equity, diversity and inclusion training to their Tenant Panel.
We designed and facilitated an engaging and interactive 90 minute online workshop which was delivered at a time of day to be convenient for and maximise the attendance of involved residents.
The session provided an opportunity to reflect on each element of the EDI acronym, and to explore the key skills and behaviours that make a positive difference:

To be prepared to challenge others through respectful conversations

To commit to challenging ourselves, the bias that we all have and assumptions we all make
Following the session, attendees were provided with a certificate of attendance and a useful resource sheet to continue the learning and discussion (which would be of use to those unable to attend the session also).
