We were delighted to be commissioned by Nordmann to provide an hour long presentation on International Women’s Day for colleagues on the subject of gender equality in the workplace to #InspireInclusion.
Nordmann is an internationally renowned chemical distribution group, with 520 employees located in 24 subsidiary companies across Europe, Asia and North America.
In the engaging and interactive session we shared our experience and stories, reflecting on the importance of understanding gender bias in the workplace and beyond, and how the behaviours we adopt can embed inclusion all year round.
