Positive About Inclusion was commissioned by LeoVegas to design and deliver a lunchtime ‘Leo Learn’ seminar about EDI with a focus on bias and the practical things we can all do to be more aware of our bias and mitigate its impact. The session was required to be delivered in person in the LeoVegas UK offices and live steamed to colleagues in Malta, Sweden, Italy, Poland, Spain and the Netherlands!

Challenges and Objectives
The learning session was required to be relevant for all colleagues, where ever they worked across Europe! It needed to be engaging and gently challenging, providing practical tips on bias mitigation.
Solution
We designed and delivered the session to be relevant for colleagues from across Europe and ensured that during our presentation and subsequent Q&A session we included everyone.
Impact
With a record breaking number of attendees and lots of positive feedback the impact was certainly even more than LeoVegas had hoped for. We brought energy, fun and practical tips to the session which meant that participants not only left being more equipped to be self aware, to acknowledge their bias and to be active allies but also more confident having enjoyed the session.
