"Thank you so much for the workshop today, I was positively impressed with the enragement you achieved with our Board. Excellent facilitation skills!"

Positive About Inclusion was delighted to be commissioned by GreenSquareAccord (GSA) to design and deliver an impactful 2 hour in-person workshop for their Board.

GSA own and manage 25,000 homes in diverse communities in the West Midlands and South West, providing affordable homes and services that create a foundation from which people in their communities can thrive.

The workshop focussed on exploring the equity, diversity and inclusion elements of the current regulatory framework and provided a timely opportunity for the Board to reflect on their current approach to gaining assurance on this subject as well as exploring the individual and collective responsibilities of the Board.

The workshop included activities to:

  • Support Board member understanding of EDI and the current societal and regulatory context

  • Create a ‘safe space’ for participants to to reflect on priorities, roles and spheres of influence (both individually and collectively)

  • Support Board members to consider next steps/co-create a plan to support progression of their EDI commitment

“Thank you so much for the workshop today, I was positively impressed with the enragement you achieved with our Board. Excellent facilitation skills!”
