"From the outset of our working relationship, they displayed passion, commitment and “can do” attitudes around our requirements - resulting in a tailor made online, interactive, informative session enjoyed by all of the colleagues in attendance....Highly recommend"

Positive About Inclusion was delighted to work again with VIVID Homes to deliver an Equality Impact Assessments (EIAs) training session for customer facing and senior colleagues from across the business.

VIVID homes is a leading provider of affordable homes and extensive support services with 74,000 customers and 35,000 homes across Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire and West Sussex.

Working initially with VIVID colleagues to support their design of an EIA template we then designed a bespoke online training session. We used a selection of engaging activities to raise awareness, understanding and to inspire confidence.

“Following an independent recommendation, we commissioned Karen and Lucy to develop and deliver bespoke training around Equality Impact Assessments for customer facing and senior colleagues within our organisation.

From the outset of our working relationship, they displayed passion, commitment and “can do” attitudes around our requirements – resulting in a tailor made online, interactive, informative session enjoyed by all of the colleagues in attendance.

Looking forward to working together further to develop further sessions in the future. Highly recommend!”
