With a commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion throughout the business, the team at Hartlepool Power Station approached Positive About Inclusion to support their ambitions.
The brief was to provide a training and development session for the Senior Leadership Team exploring the behaviours and attitudes to embed an inclusive culture and subsequently to then design and deliver a training session for managers working across the business.
We designed and delivered two in person sessions. The first for the Senior Leadership Team provided an opportunity to reflect on where the team believes they are now as a collective and what actions could add value moving forward. This was followed a few weeks later with a session for departmental managers working across the business.
