CMSUK (Case Management Society UK) approached Positive About Inclusion to provide two online ED&I workshops for their Board, to build confidence and fluency whilst supporting the organisation to further embed their ED&I commitments.
The initial workshop laid the foundations, exploring why ED&I is important for CMSUK and covering the key skills and behaviours required to embed inclusion at both an individual and collective level.
The follow up workshop, held a month later to provide the Board with the opportunity for reflection, focused on a collaborative activity to determine the next steps for the organisation.
