Positive About Inclusion was delighted to once again be asked to support Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) with the deign and delivery of a colleague culture audit. The requirement was to deliver the culture audit in two phases, initially with the majority of colleagues and later with the Castles and Coasts Services Team.
In consultation with CCHA we designed the culture survey, including qualitative statements to gauge colleagues’ feelings and a range of diversity data questions designed to capture the demographic status of respondents. We then supported CCHA colleagues with the wrap-around communication to accompany the launch, as this is crucial in terms of setting the tone and encouraging engagement.
The culture surveys were hosted by Positive About Inclusion to retain independence and following completion of the surveys, we summarised our findings and observations in two in-depth reports highlighting recommendations.
