"A huge thank you again for developing and delivering the Board session. The structure and content were pitched perfectly..."

Positive About Inclusion and Castles and Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) have enjoyed a strong and productive working partnership since 2022. This has resulted in the delivery various EDI-related initiatives from a review of the CCHA website to completing culture surveys with CCHA colleagues as well as designing and delivering bespoke EDI training, both online and in-person.

The most recent initiative delivered in this continuing partnership saw Positive About Inclusion being commissioned to design and deliver a 60 minute in-person EDI workshop for the CCHA Board. The session was developed in consultation with CCHA’s Board Champion and provided a refresher on the different elements that make up the acronym, the evolving regulatory framework, and the skills and behaviours that Board members could adopt to ensure the delivery of equitable outcomes, to consider the widest possible range of diversity and to operate inclusively.

“Today’s session was excellent, you were very well received by the Board! It has given us some more ideas of how to improve.”

Helen Forsyth, CCHA Board Member and EDI Champion

“A huge thank you again for developing and delivering the Board session. The structure and content were pitched perfectly, with some excellent input and feedback from Board members.”

Dawn Clark, Housing Services Director, CCHA
