For the third year in a row we were commissioned to design and deliver an engaging Trustee Away Day. The purpose of the day was to support the Trustees and members of the senior leadership team to create the next AUKS Strategy.
The theme chosen for the day was music and all of the activities undertaken had a musical twist….
We started the day building the orchestra and thinking about the unique strengths of Trustees working toward a harmonious result. We then explored the success in relation to the current strategy to identify AUKS greatest hits. After which we assessed the TEMPO of the organisation, establishing the potential threats, opportunities and key considerations moving forward. Finally, we composed the next album, completing an activity to shape the new strategy.
The structure and theme for the day was enjoyed by all of the participants and it achieved the desired results.
