Positive About Inclusion was commissioned by A2Dominion to deliver equity, diversity and inclusion training to their newly formed Customer Panel.

A2Dominion is a large housing association providing a range of homes for rent and sale at a price people can afford across London and Southern England.

We designed and facilitated an engaging and interactive 90 minute online workshop which was delivered in the early evening to be convenient for and maximise the attendance of involved residents.

The session provided an opportunity to reflect on each element of the EDI acronym, and to explore the key skills and behaviours that make a positive difference:

  • To think about the language and words we use

  • To be prepared to challenge others through respectful conversations

  • To commit to challenging ourselves, the bias that we all have and assumptions we all make

Following the session, attendees were provided with a certificate of attendance and a useful resource sheet to continue the learning and discussion. The session was recorded to enable those not able to attend to watch at their convenience.
