Unlocking the Benefits of Responsible Business – Webinar

5 February 2026
Event flyer for Responsible Business Webinar held online on 4th February 2026.

Positive About Inclusion was delighted to partner with fellow North East values based organisations Genee Consulting, an environmental sustainability expert and Venture Zero, who support organisations to maximise employee wellbeing, to deliver a free webinar exploring the opportunities to maximise impact as a responsible business.

Environmental sustainability, employee wellbeing and inclusion are often approached in silos and treated in isolation by organisations, yet in reality they are deeply interconnected. The skills and behaviours that add value in one of these areas, equally brings positive impact across the board. When organisations align their people and planet priorities, they unlock engagement, build trust and loyalty, reduce risk, etc. It’s a win-win!

As a consultancy and training provider focused on supporting organisations to achieve their equity, diversity and inclusion goals, we see first-hand the positive ‘ripple effect’ and great value being realised when organisations take a holistic approach to operating responsibly.

The webinar was the result of three North East small values-based businesses repeatedly seeing the opportunities a holistic approach can realise. We wanted to bring together expertise from across these three areas and to explore how a joined up approach to responsible business can deliver benefits not just for organisations, but for customers, colleagues and the wider community alike.

“I was delighted to join Jo Holmes from Genee Consulting and Clare Blunt of Venture Zero in this fascinating discussion, expertly chaired by Claire Thew of Venture Zero. It was great to see the level of interest and engagement from our attendees who are already doing so much to ‘join the dots’ across these three critical areas of inclusion, wellbeing and environmental sustainability.”
