Positive About Inclusion has launched an exciting research project in partnership with two brilliant local, values-driven organisations:

  • genee – a B Corp certified environmental sustainability consultancy supporting organisations of all types and sizes to prepare for a zero-carbon future.
  • Fred Wellbeing – specialists in male-dominated industries, helping leaders understand and address the workplace factors that affect wellbeing, culture, productivity, retention and operational performance.

Together we share a core belief: inclusion, sustainability and wellbeing are deeply interconnected. When people feel included, supported and able to thrive, organisations are better placed to perform, grow and create lasting, responsible impact. Healthy workplaces don’t happen by accident – they are built through intentional, values‑aligned action.

Yet bringing these elements together in a meaningful and measurable way isn’t always straightforward. That’s why we’ve launched this research initiative: to better understand the challenges organisations face and to identify what truly makes a difference.

We’re inviting respondents from across our combined networks and beyond to complete a short survey and share their experiences. You can find the link to the survey below:

The survey closes on Friday 17th July 2026. All of the feedback shared will be analysed and the findings used to shape practical support and future initiatives.
