Increasing Cultural Capital

15 July 2021

Positive About Inclusion are really excited to be working with The Link School Sunderland on a project to increase cultural capital through courageous conversations.

The Link School is an alternative learning provider working with young learners and their families across the City of Sunderland. There are two sites the Link School Springwell Dene which works with learners across key stage 1, 2 & 3 and the Link School Pallion which provides education for learners at key stage 4.

The School approached Positive About Inclusion to support them with two specific issues to increase their cultural capital; a review of recruitment practices and training for staff.

Our Director Lucy said;

“Working with the head teacher, Donna Walker, will be an absolute pleasure. Everyone at The Link School is passionate about delivering the best for their students.”

Contact us if we can support you with courageous conversations to increase your cultural capital.
