As part of their International Women’s Day celebration, Euclid Network (EN) announced their anticipated Top 100 Women Leaders in Social Enterprise list for 2023, recognising our Director and Co-founder, Lucy Malarkey as a women leader in social entrepreneurship and innovation!

Euclid Network is the European network for social enterprise support organisations, bringing together expertise and best practice from over 26 countries in Europe and neighbouring states. EN membership is diverse, made up of social enterprise federations (national association and networks), universities and training institutes, social investors and frontline NGOs

EN’s annual list honours women trailblazers who are helping to shape the European social enterprise ecosystem and leading it into the mainstream. The list is based on more than 900 nominations and an assessment by their esteemed jury, as part of the Top 100 Women in Social Enterprise Initiative. The recognition is not a ranking but rather a list of those who have shone for their innovative approaches and the scope of impact created.

“I am honoured and humbled to be recognised by Euclid Network. My fellow Women in Social Enterprise are inspiring role models who have found creative ways to make a positive impact in their chosen field.”

Lucy Malarkey, Director

All of the women featured stand out as having implemented creative and sustainable solutions to generate significant positive social and/or environmental impact. They demonstrated outstanding leadership skills and commitment by going beyond their role and inspiring others to channel their potential.

“Congratulations Lucy! Amazing to have you on the Top 100 Women in Social Enterprise list!”

Gerlinde Schmidt, Euclid Network

The Euclid Network Top 100 Women in Social Enterprise list is supported by the European Commission and Google.org (Google’s philanthropic arm helping to solve some of humanity’s biggest challenges with funding, innovation and technical support for underserved communities).
