We have felt truly partnered at every step which is invaluable for a company our size who don’t have the ED&I expertise in-house.

We were commissioned by The Great Run Company to complete an ED&I health check to support the organisation to realise their key priorities in terms of embedding an inclusive workplace culture, inclusive recruitment practices, attracting diverse participation and holding accessible events. 

The health check encompassed a review of internal documentation, an analysis of staff survey results, conversations with some key members of staff and an analysis of presence that considered how the Great Run Company presents itself and its commitments to ED&I to existing and potential participants, stakeholders, sponsors, partners, employees and volunteers.

The insight obtained was collated into a report, highlighting current good practice and making recommendations as to how ED&I can be further embedded to move The Great Run Company towards their vision of maximising the positive impact of mass participation events.
