Ipswich School – Inclusion Is About Us All

"I really enjoyed your training, I learnt about things I had little knowledge about before."

We were approached by Ipswich School, who had received a recommendation about the quality and positive impact of our interventions, to design and deliver practical training sessions for mixed groups of colleagues working in the school’s estates, catering, communications and pastoral care teams.

Ipswich School has been Suffolk’s top independent school in the Sunday Times Schools Guide for the last eight years. The school provides education from nursery to sixth form and opportunities for students to board.

We designed and delivered two in-person engaging and informative training sessions entitled ‘Inclusion Is About Us All’. These training workshops covered the foundations and why this subject is high on the political agenda just now alongside what it is that we can all do, regardless of the role that we carry out, to play our part to embed an inclusive working environment.

The training sessions were really positively received, participants engaged throughout, sharing personal experiences and asking questions.

“I’ve worked here for nearly eight years and really enjoyed your training, I learnt about things I had little knowledge about before.”
