Our Directors and Co-Founders, Lucy Malarkey and Karen Faulkner were delighted to join Neil Ferguson of Gravitate HR at their recent monthly HR webinar. Founded in 2006, Gravitate HR provide an agile and dynamic people service for organisations from SMEs through to large ‘blue chip’ companies. Their regular webinars provide an invaluable resource for existing or potential clients to update their thinking on the latest HR developments, from hybrid working to motivating teams during tough times.

This month’s webinar provided Lucy and Karen with the ideal opportunity to share their thoughts on:

  • what motivates organisations to consider their approach to equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI)
  • what are the benefits of creating an inclusive culture (including those that organisation perhaps don’t anticipate!)
  • where is a good place to start (and how to reinvigorate the agenda if things have ‘stalled’)
  • what has worked well and any ‘red flags’ to avoid

You can catch up on the session here.
