Positive About Inclusion is delighted to announce that our Director, Lucy Malarkey has been invited to Chair a panel discussion at the Constructing Excellence North East‘s upcoming annual All In conference taking place on March 26th at Newcastle’s Crowne Plaza Hotel.
Sponsored by North East Combined Authority, RE:GEN and Bradley O’Mahoney, the focus of this year’s event is Attract. Train. Retain. Celebrate Talent. and will bring together construction leaders and people professionals, creating a space to explore the full employee lifecycle of attraction, development, retention and celebrating talent through the lens of equity, diversity and inclusion.
As a member of Constructing Excellence North East’s People Group, Lucy is part of the team of volunteers responsible for pulling together the line up for this year’s conference, building on the success of previous events since the conference first took place in 2022.
