Having worked with local PR, branding, marketing and video production partner Bradley O’Mahoney on the recent Inclusivity Pilot in Advanced Manufacturing – South Tyneside project for the North East Automotive Alliance, we were delighted to be asked by one of their Directors, Sarah O’Mahoney to guest on their Dynamic Duos video podcast series.
This is the second series of Dynamic Duos with episodes structured around in-depth conversation to establish how two people that work together in some capacity have come together to create something special. Our Directors, Lucy Malarkey and Karen Faulkner were thrilled to be asked to appear on this latest episode, following in the footsteps of inspirational leaders including some from organisations with whom we have worked including believe Housing, Port of Tyne and Constructing Excellence in the North East.
Our wide-ranging conversation included how our business was established from a ‘side hustle’ when working in the social housing sector and has now grown into a thriving EDI consultancy working across the public, private and charitable sectors, in the North East and beyond. We reflect on our organic growth and repeat clients but, now, with Lucy stepping away from her role as Managing Director of national networking organisation, Women in Social Housing, we’re ready to focus on strategic growth.
I had the pleasure of working with them on a brilliant pilot project for the North East Automotive Alliance, supporting long-term unemployed people in South Tyneside into roles in advanced manufacturing. Their passion for EDI shines through at all times!
