Positive About Inclusion were delighted to provide an EDI training session for the team working at Sunderland BID. The brief was to design and deliver a training session to increase awareness, understanding and confidence around inclusive language, communication and behaviours.
Following successful delivery of the session we completed a review of the BID’s staff handbook and EDI policy; ensuring the documents were consistent, inclusive and gender neutral.
