"Your enthusiasm, expertise and contributions have been so appreciated... Really looking forward to rolling out more sessions over the next few months and beyond!"

We were delighted to continue our work with NMUK and to support the delivery of their innovative Apprentice Wraparound Programme.

The Programme provide two cohorts of apprentices, all of whom are about to finish college and enter the workplace full time, with a series of informative and interactive sessions covering topics from financial wellbeing to the DEI commitment at NMUK.

We were commissioned to deliver two sessions about the DEI culture of ‘Belonging at NMUK’ and what the apprentices could expect upon entering the workplace.

As the image shows, we designed and delivered two engaging and interactive sessions through which we explored and gently challenged the assumptions participants held about joining NMUK’s workforce. The sessions were positively received and the apprentices fully participated.

“Huge thankyou to Lucy and Karen from Positive About Inclusion – your enthusiasm, expertise and contributions have been so appreciated… Really looking forward to rolling out more sessions over the next few months and beyond!”

Cheryl Francis, HR Controller, NMUK
