EMH Homes has been providing good quality, affordable homes to individuals and families in the East Midlands since 1946, with 18,000 homes across 35 local authority areas. Positive About Inclusion was commissioned to deliver an online workshop for EMH residents and colleagues who are supporting EMH to improve services through their work on the Scrutiny Panel, Customer Voice forum and Tenant Advice & Support Group. The workshop was designed to be engaging and interactive, supporting residents to ensure their work effectively incorporated inclusivity considerations.
