Changing Lives is a charity helping people face some of the most challenging circumstances and has a strong commitment to equity and inclusivity running through its mission, values and vision. Positive About Inclusion was commissioned to deliver a series of five engaging workshops for colleagues, as well as co-creating an inclusion impact assessment to ensure service design and delivery effectively incorporated inclusivity considerations.
