We were delighted to be commissioned by Broadacres Housing Association to design and deliver an unforgettable colleague conference with a difference!
Held over 6 days, all staff were invited to attend a half day session with Positive About Inclusion exploring why Broadacres cares about EDI and how colleagues can make a positive impact.
Broadacres is a not for profit housing association based in the market town of Northallerton. They own and manage more than 6,800 homes in North Yorkshire and the surrounding areas.
Broadacres were keen to really bring their EDI commitment, strategy and policies to life and we delivered a series of half day, activity focussed workshops that were both enjoyable and informative.
Testament to the success of training is always the engagement of those who attend and at Broadacres we were so impressed with some of the lovely examples shared of how colleagues from across the business responded to diverse needs and delivered equitable outcomes.
