The feedback we have received speaks for itself!
We have worked with Positive About Inclusion for the last 18 months and received fantastic feedback from our colleagues further to the on site ED&I workshops. We have since discussed a long term strategy to upskill our new managers and colleagues on ED&I and Positive About Inclusion have worked with us to develop a fantastic e-learning module which all new colleagues are required to complete. The e-learning contains some great scenarios and the content is set out in a relatable and easy to read format. A fantastic addition to our current set of e-learning modules.
We have also recently worked with Positive About Inclusion to introduce a ED&I Impact Assessment document with associated guidance notes. The Impact Assessment template helps to provide a structured assessment to ensure any new or revised policies are fair, non-discriminatory and do not disadvantage any protected groups. This has been very helpful to ensure a thought-provoked and consistent approach to our policy review process. Our main policy holders also received specific training from Lucy and Karen to provide direction and confidence.
